Kapunda is one of the oldest mining towns in South Australia. Sir Sidney Kidman the Cattle King made his home Kapunda. Much of this history is still evident in the town today. The local Museum is one of the best. A visit to the surrounding areas, the famous Barossa Valley, Clare Valley The River Land can be achieved from the Kapunda Caravan Park. The Park is situated in a quiet restful area of the town with ample shade. A game of golf tennis within walking distance of the Park would be another way to enjoy your stay.
